Cancellation Policy

You are advised to cancel scheduled rides at least 12 hours before the pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.

1.  Any trip canceled between 6-12 hours before the pick-up time attracts a cancellation fee of $100.

2.  Any trip canceled within a 6-hour window before the  pick-up time attracts a 50% Trip fee                                      

3. Any trip canceled at pick-up time or a no-show attracts a % 100  trip fee + Mileage One way.
